According to a new study, a strong, black coffee before breakfast could affect our blood sugar levels.
Often a broken sleep at night leave us fatigued and we resort to a strong coffee first thing in the morning. As per a recent research from the Centre for Nutrition, Exercise & Metabolism at the University of Bath (UK) indicate that this practice can have a negative effect on our blood glucose (sugar) control.
This can be managed by eating first and then drinking coffee later if we still feel the need it.
This study is very important. It has far-reaching health implications since till now we have had limited knowledge about what a coffee before breakfast is doing to our bodies.
